Westmeath CEB awarded highest Q Mark Award for Quality Management Systems
Westmeath County Enterprise Board has landed at the top of the national Q Mark having just been announced as the first company in Ireland to achieve the highest Q Mark Award for Quality Management Systems.
The National Q Mark Awards, known as the Oscars of business excellence, saw Westmeath County Enterprise Board, go head to head with more than 100 of the best companies in Ireland, before being named winner of The Special Recognition Award for being the first organisation in Ireland to achieve The Q Mark Award for Quality Management Systems at Level 3.
The Westmeath County Enterprise Board is based in Mullingar and provides support to all aspects of enterprise within the Westmeath area. The main function of the Enterprise Board is to facilitate the creation of jobs and to provide both maintenance and support functions to ensure the sustainability of jobs.
Westmeath County Enterprise Board has a strong record for quality and excellence having been finalists at the National Q Mark Awards in both 2005 and 2010.
