Programme Aim

This Seminar is delivered by the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement to provide a corporate Health Check for companies. Participants will be supplied with a checklist that can be used as a basis for ensuring compliance with the law.  Participants will gain an increased awareness of their obligations under Company Law.
