Food Hygiene & Food Safety Management Systems
On successful completion of the training program learners will be HACCP Certified. Learners will have a tailored HACCP Control Plan for their own business to identify the process steps, food safety hazards, control measures, CCP’s, monitoring and verification to ensure the food business is HACCP Compliant. Learners are provided with sample recording sheets, documentation, and an official copy of the Irish Food Hygiene Standard. This course is ideal for Owners, Managers, Supervisors or people who see themselves in these positions in the future. It is essential that learners complete a Food Hygiene course before attending this course.
