The first Midlands Speed Networking Event to take place in September
Offaly and Westmeath County Enterprise Boards along with Athlone, Tullamore, Mullingar and Midlands Gateway Chambers are organising the Midlands first ever business to business Speed Networking Event which takes place in the Tullamore Court Hotel on Thursday, 11th September. These agencies have come together to help companies generate more business in the Midlands area.
The Speed Networking Event sets about promoting businesses in the area to other businesses in the same geographical location. It is a fast and fun way to broaden your business contacts across the Midlands region. The business to business networking event starts at 3pm and lasts for approximately 2 hours.
Orla Martin, Organiser and Assistant CEO with the Offaly County Enterprise Board commented ‘There are many businesses in the Midlands region that are unaware of the business services available in and around the area… this is an opportunity for businesses in Offaly and Westmeath and the towns of Mullingar, Tullamore and Athlone to see what is on offer and to support neighbouring companies’
Speaking about the importance of events like this Orla Martin went on to say ‘…with the current business climate changing at a fast pace, businesses need to be proactive in sourcing new business leads. This is a fantastic opportunity for businesses to do just that. We will be sending out information packs to participants in advance of the event to show them how they can get the most out of the event’
